Ok, fixed some more bugs.

Changes:

1) Fixed a bug with incorrect time zones on the client.

2) fixed a bug: the client could go to the zone without waiting for the timer.

3) explosion is slightly optimized.

4) fixed bugs and removed extra lines in scripts.

5) fixed a bug: the wheels did not receive the shadow from the sphere.

6) map is changed.
